		<description>I like the way that the story frames the issue with regards to science and values, and risks and probabilities versus predictions. Also important is the contrast of contributors to the issues and those affected. The old fashioned &quot;economic externality&quot; problem amplified by the power disparity of the various stakeholders.

Factor in the worst economic crisis since the great depression (i.e. the worst in living memory for all but the retired) and fiery likely understates the ferocity of the coming debate.</description>
